Service Contract Menu


Business Phone Contracts


Level 1 service would include all customers that prefer to be on a time and material basis. This service level can be obtained by calling 941–845–1150 and pressing option #2 for service. You will be placed in a Queue. At that point your call will be handled on a first come first served basis. We will then place your call on the work calendar for dispatch at the earliest open time.

This service level includes:

  1. Service calls are taken from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday EST. (Any calls received after 3:00 pm will be scheduled on the next business day.)
  2. Parts will be ordered on an as needed basis and shipping charges will apply to the invoice if no warranty is implied.
  3. All warranty parts will be shipped overnight at no charge to the customer.
  4. Add's moves and changes will be scheduled in a timely fashion within 2-3 business days from time of call.

Line Separator

Level 2 service would include all customers that prefer to be escalated to priority status. This service level can be obtained by calling 941–845–1150 and pressing option #2 for service. At that point you will be placed in the front of the queue to speak with a tech. We then can respond to the call on a priority basis.

This service level includes

  1. Service calls are taken 24 hours 7 days a week with a guarantee of 2 hour response time.
  2. Parts are ordered overnight to facilitate any and all repairs needed. (Including warranty and non warranty items.)
  3. Add's moves and changes will be scheduled in a timely fashion within 1-2 business days from time of call. (Billed at normal rate schedule pricing)

Level 2 service can be purchased by adding the total amount of phones to be covered and multiplying by $3.00 per phone. Add $79.00 per KSU to the total and your monthly total will be the sum of the two.


Level 3 service would include all customers that prefer to be escalated to priority status. This service level can be obtained by calling 941–845–1150 and pressing option #2 for service. At that point you will be placed in the front of the Queue. to speak with a tech. We then can respond to the call on a priority basis.

This service level includes:

  2. Parts are kept in stock to facilitate any and all repairs needed. (including warranty and non warranty items.)
  3. Add's moves and changes will be scheduled in a timely fashion within 1-2 business days from time of call. (Billed at normal rate schedule pricing)
    In addition to the above we also extend the warranty on all parts for the life of the contract.

Level 3 service can be purchased by adding the total amount of phones to be covered and multiplying by $5.50 per phone. Add $99.00 per KSU to the total and your monthly total will be the sum of the two.

In addition to the above pricing we offer time blocks for monthly visits if needed. The hourly rate is $65.00 per hour and is greatly reduced from the per call rate and there are no trip charges.
